Sometimes the hardest seasons in life reveal the opportunities we never knew existed.
There was a time in my life when I truly didn’t know how I was going to make it.
At 24 years old, I was a single mom trying to figure out how to provide for my child while also building a life that felt stable and secure. I remember the stress of wondering if I was making the right decisions, whether I could keep up with bills, and how I could create a future that looked different from the struggle I was living in.
Like so many women, I was doing everything I could just to keep moving forward.
What I didn’t realize then was that my story would eventually become the very reason I’m so passionate about the work I do today.
The Financial Conversation Women Were Never Taught to Have
For generations, many women weren’t included in deeper conversations about money. We were taught how to budget, stretch dollars, and make things work—but not always how to build wealth, understand financial strategies, or create long-term financial independence.
And the truth is, that needs to change.
Today, women are leading households, launching businesses, and making more financial decisions than ever before. Yet there is still a gap when it comes to access to financial education and opportunity.

Why I Chose This Industry
My journey into financial services wasn’t just about building a career.
